By using Delulu Lab you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Delulu Lab is operated by Albatross Community Labs LLC, 1501 South Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1173, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007, United States.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. By using Delulu Lab you confirm that you are.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@delululab.app if you think someone else has access.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
What Delulu Lab is — and what it is not
Delulu Lab is a self-guided practice app. It provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, journalling tools, and an AI coach, all built around mental rehearsal and attention techniques.
Delulu Lab is not healthcare. Specifically, it is not:
- medical care, diagnosis, or treatment
- psychotherapy, counselling, or psychiatric care
- a crisis or emergency service
- a substitute for advice from a qualified professional
Nothing in the app — including anything Spark says — is medical or psychological advice. Do not use it to diagnose or treat any condition, and do not delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read here.
If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Delulu Lab cannot help you in an emergency and is not monitored by humans in real time.
On outcomes. The techniques in the app are grounded in real psychological mechanisms — mental rehearsal, selective attention, self-efficacy, classical conditioning. That is not the same as a promise. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or life change. What you get out of it depends on you.
Spark (AI coach)
Spark is powered by a third-party AI language model.
- Spark is an AI, not a person.
- It can be wrong, and it can state wrong things confidently.
- It is not a therapist, doctor, or licensed professional of any kind.
- Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
- Do not enter information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent.
We may limit Spark usage to keep costs and abuse under control.
Subscriptions and payment
Delulu Lab is currently free to use in full. We may introduce a paid subscription in future. If and when we do, the terms in this section apply; until then, no payment is taken and nothing in the app is locked.
If a subscription is introduced, we expect the split to be:
- Free: the morning meditation, your anchor, the mandala, and your streak.
- Paid: all meditations plus Spark, the Reality Coach.
Pricing and billing. Current pricing is shown in the app before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Managing and cancelling. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.
Price changes will be notified in advance and take effect at your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the app for anything unlawful
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI's underlying instructions
- attempt to access another user's account or data
- automate, scrape, or overload the service
- resell or redistribute the content
We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You keep ownership of your Reality Description, anchor, journal entries, check-ins, Signs, and recordings.
You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store your content, display it back to you, and process it to generate Spark's replies. Nothing more. We do not publish it, share it with other users, or use it for marketing.
Our content
The meditations, audio, scripts, artwork, Spark the character, and the app itself belong to us. Use them personally within the app. Do not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the app running but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app or on anything Spark says. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Nothing in these terms takes those away.
Ending it
You can stop using Delulu Lab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
